Inclusions:


  • Initial 30 minute strategy session - work with Nicole via phone or video conference to identify your career and salary goals, and personal strengths and achievements. Nicole will analyse your unique experience and then suggest what roles and industries may suit based on the current market and opportunities. Together, you'll develop a personalised career strategy, inclusive of WHERE you should be focusing your job search.


  • Professional resume and cover letter targeting your preferred roles or industry


  • Intensive jobseeking - We'll send you potential roles, based on our professional appraisal of your skills and experience. We'll find you roles you may not even have thought of! You'll have the opportunity to APPROVE or REJECT roles depending if you think they will be suitable.


  • Once suitable roles are identified, we develop fully customised applications for each one (up to five). This will include a TARGETED COVER LETTER (including SELECTION CRITERIA if needed) and RESUME MODIFICATION as needed, since each advertised role has slightly different terminology and emphasis on specific skills.
